At the School of Nursing, we prepare future nurses to serve with聽蝉办颈濒濒,听辫谤辞蹿别蝉蝉颈辞苍补濒颈蝉尘听补苍诲听compassion聽in a wide range of health care settings.
The听蹿辞耻苍诲补迟颈辞苍聽of that preparation is our three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree program. The program聽prepares聽students to become聽Registered Nurses听(搁狈蝉).
Students can earn their degree at our聽Halifax听补苍诲听Yarmouth, Nova Scotia聽locations. Residents of聽狈耻苍补惫耻迟听can enroll in our聽BScN (Arctic Nursing)聽program, offered in collaboration with聽Nunavut Arctic College.

Dal SON offers Certificate Options for the BScN Program. Currently, there are five approved Nursing Certificates: Oncology, Public Health, Mental Health and Addictions Nursing, Perinatal and Paediatric, and Acute/Critical Care Nursing with other Nursing Certificate options currently in development. The certificate will enable students to explore an area of nursing more in-depth than the generalist level and is responsive to service sector demands in various targeted areas of nursing practice.
