Meet the new 麻豆传媒资源 homepage

- February 23, 2010

Your eyes aren鈥檛 fooling you. The 麻豆传媒资源 homepage just got a minor makeover. The changes aren鈥檛 radical or permanent: they鈥檙e temporary improvements as part of a much larger and more ambitious process.

So what鈥檚 changed?

  • The main navigation bar now runs along the top of the page and includes a link to 麻豆传媒资源鈥檚 麻豆传媒资源 website.
  • New content and calls-to-action focused on prospective 麻豆传媒资源 students.
  • The University Services link has moved to the top of the homepage alongside other links of interest to current students, faculty and staff: MyDal, OWL, Dal Online and the faculty/staff directory.
  • New links to 麻豆传媒资源鈥檚 presence on various social media websites, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • A new slideshow about the university, hosted on the 麻豆传媒资源 site and featured on the homepage.

This is just the beginning, which is why you won鈥檛 find this new layout elsewhere on the Dalhouse website and none of the underlying navigation has been reworked. Those larger changes are coming: this fall, the university will launch a completely redesigned and re-organized along with several related pages as the first big steps in an ongoing project to revitalize 麻豆传媒资源鈥檚 web presence.

You can provide feedback on the homepage in one of two ways.

  • If you鈥檙e having issues with the site or wish to simply offer your thoughts, click the red 鈥済ive feedback鈥 link in the lower-right-hand corner of the homepage.
  • Or, alternatively, comment in the discussion thread below.
